Strawberry Star brings London Eastcote’s Solis & Luna developments to Singapore investors

22 May 2018

Strawberry Star, an international property company, will showcase London’s latest residential developments in Eastcote near Harrow on the Hill, famed for its prestigious school such as Harrow Boys School.   “Solis” and “Luna”, will be showcase before Singapore investors in St. Regis Hotel, Singapore, between 11 am and 7 pm on May 26-27, 2018.

Located in the London Borough of Hillingdon, Eastcote is perfectly placed to enjoy the best of both worlds – it can be an oasis away from the City where you can enjoy luscious open green spaces, or just a heart-beat away from a vibrant and exciting High Street.

Solis comprises 44 new-build one and two bedroom private residential apartments while Luna boasts of similar 48 units within a gated development with car parking located just a 1-minute walk (243 feet) from Eastcote London Underground Rail Station (Metropolitan & Piccadilly Lines).

The price range of apartments in Solis (1-bedroom - from £307,500; 2-bedroom - from £446,000) and Luna (1-bedroom - from £328,000; 2 bedroom - from £415,000). The area has eclipsed every other borough in the capital in the past 12 months, with price increase of 17.1 per cent. The estimated completion of Solis and Luna is Q1 2019.

Mrs. Doris Tan, Regional Director, Strawberry Star, said, “Eastcote is a area where house prices are still affordable and will see improvement in both capital value and rental values.  Eastcote has a village feel of a quaint, small-town, the area has a great social scene and a strong community spirit. Eastcote also has a strong arts and culture scene also. It is well served by bus, rail, road and tube links with connections to Central London and other major cities around the UK. A first-time buyer’s dream, Solis and Luna are also the perfect residential destination for private tenants looking for city living that offers all the conveniences of a modern, high-end home.”

Eastcote has plenty to offer to residents – a foodie’s paradise, Eastcote has a selection of great pubs and bars to enjoy, as well as a selection of cafés and restaurants. With the Winston Churchill Theatre right at the doorstep of Solis and Luna, there are ample leisure facilities like the Lowlands Club, Lawn Tennis Club and Eastcote Cricket Club. Just across the road from Luna is Eastcote’s Listed Tube station from which one can reach bustling Central London in under half an hour.

Only 10 minutes from the development is Ruislip Lido, which boasts a 60-acre lake with its own sandy beach. Colne Valley Regional Park is just 5 miles away and benefits from a 40-square-mile area of countryside complete with 200 miles of river and over 60 individual lakes; perfect for picturesque walks and peaceful strolls. Solis and Luna residents also benefit from an active and diverse high street lined with shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs and bars. By being located on Field End Road, residents can enjoy a great selection of major brands such as Costa, Boots, Superdrug and Sainsburys, together with an abundance of boutique shops and independent restaurants.

Not only does Eastcote have all of this, but Solis and Luna lay within the catchment area for some excellent schools. Lady Banks Infant School, Newham Junior School and Bishop Ramsey School were all awarded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in 2017.

The Solis and Luna apartments are designed and constructed within the shell/framework of an existing building. Contemporary design and styling create attractive homes with expansive windows creating light, bright and practical accommodation; Private off-street car parking is available (limited spaces); Quality specification including Bosch kitchen appliances, Ideal Standard bathroom suites with Hansgrohebrassware.
